So, I had my phone interview on tuesday.  I was soo nervous, but it was easier than i thought it would be but i'm not sure if that's a good thing.  I hope so.  I talked to Will.  He was reallly nice.  I really want to gooooo.  I'm horrible at updating this blog.

1. My real name is Danielle.  If you really want to know the story why everyone calls me Jojo then you can ask me.
2. I have a three-legged dog.  She's pretty awesome.
3. I'm a hoarder when it comes to sunglasses.

4. I used to be a cheerleader and play softball.  

5. I love music.  Mostly ska.  Streetlight Manifesto... Less Than Jake... Reel Big Fish.... I just love being at ska concerts.

Alright so I just realized I haven't blogged at all in a while.  I should change that.  Hmm let's see what I've been up to... Well Thanksgiving passed. Mmmmm that was good.  It's sad to think that I might not be home for the Holidays next year.... Oh well I've never been to Disney during the holidays and my parents said they would come and see me.  Hmm idk what else to say...

so...

I am excited for three reasons.

-I had my first WDWCP dream the other night! In my dream apparently Disney had this new water roller coaster(?) well anyway, it was Monster's Inc. themed and it was my first day.  I don't remember much of it but the ride was awesome.  

-The vlog!  I really want to start doing a vlog with Melissa.   We need to set aside some time so we can start that.  Right now we're working on ideas for the vlog. 

-THANKSGIVING!  It's only like two weeks away! I can't wait!  All my friends are coming back from college! I'm so excited to see them!  My friend Tom went away to New York.  It's about 790 miles in between New York and Chicago.  And Caitlin is about 3 hours away, still in IL but still far. 

Well I gotta clean my room before I go to school tonight! so peace bitches!

A little something about myself...

Well I figured because this is all so new that I should share some things about myself.  I am currently 18 years old. I will be 19 when I am in the DCP.  I live near Chicago.  I am really fun and outgoing.  I can be a little crazy at times.  I feel like I'm trying to sell myself to you.  That's weird.  

I LOVE LOVE LOVE music.  I listen to it all the time.  There is rarely a moment in my life that does not have background music going on. I love finding new music, listening to new bands.  I am a big fan of 8track and Pandora.  They are great places to find new music. Hmm... Let's see, Streetlight Manifesto, Reel Big Fish, Tip the Van, Less Than Jake.  Favorite ska bands.  I also really love stuff like Dashboard Confessional, The Format, Bruno Mars, Kid Cudi. Here! I really like to see movies too! I can quote alot of movies.  There is always some movie playing through my head.  It's weird but I love it!  Too many movies to list.  Slumdog Millionaire, Donnie Darko, the classic John Hughes 80's movies, DISNEY MOVIES!

Speaking of Disney.... cough cough... I am so excited to go there! I can't wait Melissa and I are going to room together but we are looking for more people to room with!  We are going to start a vlog soon to meet new people and show you how awesome we really are.  So yea! hmm idk if there's anything else about me... I could list a few things....
-I do hair so if we do become friends in Disney i'll hook it up!
-Melissa and I love trips to Sonic 
-We both pretty much have the same taste in music.
-We both have two dogs.  
- I LOVE Always Sunny In Philadelphia.
I can't think of anything else..... so maybe I'll write something later but i have to get ready to go to school now..... 

A new life.

So tonight is Halloween night and I stayed in at home all night. I had to rake leaves, no big deal.  As I was doing my yard work I couldn't help but think about how this would be my last yard having to do this.  I am applying next fall for the Disney College Program in Florida.  I really want to get in.  I think it'd be such a great opportunity to meet new people and have a great time.  Currently I go to the local community college by my home, I'm studying cosmetology.  I really like it but I don't feel like I'm getting a real college experience. I feel like starting the college program is going to be a new chapter in my life and I wanted to start a blog about it.  I've been reading other college student's blogs on the same topic, they have all been really helpful.  I plan on going with my friend Melissa.  We want to room together and all we've been talking about lately is how our room is going to look and how much fun we are going to have.  I am so excited!
